Creating an account using false or misleading information is a direct violation of these terms, and such accounts may be terminated at any time. Each individual is permitted only one account; if multiple accounts are identified for the same person, the platform reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts.
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately and change your password without delay.
88fb may request a National ID card or other valid identification documents for account verification. Withdrawals or access to certain features may be restricted until identity verification is completed.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
You must comply with all applicable laws of Bangladesh while using the platform. Fraudulent activity, system manipulation, use of bots, or unauthorized software is strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.
Attempting to access another user's account, undermining the platform's security systems, or engaging in any other harmful activity is strictly prohibited. The platform must not be used for money laundering or any illegal financial activity; any suspicious transactions of this nature will be reported to the relevant authorities.
The platform may only be used for your own personal entertainment and betting purposes. Placing bets or managing accounts on behalf of third parties is prohibited. Misuse of 88fb's services or use for commercial purposes is not permitted.
Payments, Transactions & Bonus Policy
All transactions on the 88fb platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals must be made using approved payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Transactions made through unauthorized payment methods will be cancelled, and the associated account may be subject to review.
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24 hours. Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be made. For unusual or suspicious transactions, 88fb may request additional information or place a hold on the transaction.

In the event of any dispute regarding betting outcomes, the platform's system records shall be considered final. Users place bets at their own discretion and bear full responsibility for any resulting losses.
All content on the 88fb platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of 88fb. Copying, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
The platform may reference third-party services or content; however, 88fb assumes no responsibility for the quality or accuracy of such third-party content or services. 88fb is not liable for failures of third-party payment gateways or services, though we will endeavor to assist in resolving any such issues.
Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms
88fb may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons: violation of terms and conditions, fraudulent activity, use of a false identity, operating multiple accounts, or abuse of bonus terms. The right to a refund of any deposited balance upon account closure depends on the nature of the violation.
Users may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed. Account closure requests may take 3 to 7 business days to process.
88fb will notify users of any changes to these terms via an announcement on the platform. Updated terms will take effect 7 days after publication. These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.
